The Franchise 2.0 Conference & Workshop will be held on February 13-14, 2024, accompanying the    Franczyza EXPO Fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo. Its substantive organizer will be Monika Ferreira I’GS In Good Strategy and the Faculty of Management of the Warsaw University of Technology.

The theme of the event will be “How to compete with Franchise Innovation so that your Franchisee can say My Franchise 2.0 without a second thought.” During the event, experts will give valuable lectures. Among them will be Dr. Maciej Kraus, partner at VC Movens Capital, Stanford Guest Lecturer, who will talk about how to use the cent strategy as a tool to build an effective franchise model. In addition, Olivier Guerreiro, CEO of Franchise World Link, will give a lecture “Master franchising is a good way for a global growth strategy today. Who can become a master franchisee?”, and Przemek Pohrybieniuk, Managing Partner of ImpactAngels.PL, will lead a panel entitled “How to come up with a franchise a great way for a growth strategy also for stratups, early scaleups and technology companies?

On the second day of the event, practical workshops will be held. Experts will present how to choose a good franchise for yourself and how to build a good franchise that can compete in the conditions of the new economy and constant changes, when AI changes everything.
